Women should be running the world—or at least half of it. Studies show companies with women in leadership are more profitable, have happier employees, and women are behind half of all startups. Yet, women earn just 83 cents to the dollar, receive only 1.9% of venture capital funding, and hold a mere 10.9% of Fortune 500 leadership roles. It’s time for change. Bethpage is committed to tackling these inequities head-on—challenging cultural norms, creating opportunities, and pushing for equity until the world adopts a more collaborative, inclusive financial mindset.
